Responsible for the assigned areas/packages, perform the QA QC inspection activities for the project, from initiation to closeout ensuring the adherence to the latest project schedule, specifications and drawings.
Core Job Functions:
Conduct daily site surveillance to identify, communicate, and document quality deficiencies, ensuring issues are addressed proactively to avoid recurrence.
Perform inspections using electronic workflows, in coordination with the Operations team, subcontractors, and consultants.
Accurately input and manage inspection data, including categorization of post-inspection notes and comments.
Liaise with third-party laboratories and subcontractors for field tests, ensuring test logs and records are properly maintained.
Monitor subcontractor compliance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure timely submission of inspection requests.
Collaborate with the execution team to implement corrective and preventive actions for NCRs and quality deficiencies.
Support internal audits and verify the effectiveness of preventive measures taken on site.
Participate in and coordinate snagging and de-snagging inspections using digital snagging tools.
Work closely with the Fire & Life Safety (FLS) team to ensure installation and inspections meet authority and project specifications.
Track and review weekly/monthly deliverables including approvals, resubmissions, and status of assigned QA/QC packages.
Embrace and contribute to digitalization initiatives led by the QA/QC team – from digital inspection workflows to real time quality dashboards.
Maintain accurate records including daily site diaries and digital QA/QC logs in the server.
Escalate and report irrelevant or unreasonable rejections/comments that may result in unnecessary rework, protecting project efficiency and cost.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
1–3 years of relevant experience in construction QA/QC, ideally on luxury or high-end projects.
Other Skills / Abilities :
knowledge and Experience in Construction
Familiarity with digital QA/QC platforms (e.g., Aconex, BIM 360, PM Web,etc.).
Strong understanding of construction standards, ITPs, inspection processes, and site execution sequencing.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
