Site Architect

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise and manage site architectural activities with a primary focus on finishing works. 
• Conduct daily inspections of finishes to ensure adherence to design intent, project specifications, and quality standards. 
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for material selection, approvals,and timely delivery. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site finishing-related issues promptly and effectively. 
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and samples for accuracy and compliance. 
• Ensure all finishing works comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. 
• Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and other stakeholders to maintain design integrity. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. 
• Minimum 5 years of site experience, specializing in architectural finishing works. 
• Proven experience in material selection, quality control, and site inspections. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes. 
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards is preferred.
